DO YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO COULD BENEFIT FROM THE FOOD BANK?

 

 

If you or anyone you know is going through financial difficulties and need a food pack from Haslemere Food Bank they will need to obtain a referral form from one of the Referral Agencies listed below.

 

You will need to explain your situation to someone at the agency and, if appropriate, they will provide you with a green Food Bank Referral Form.

 

This form will indicate where you need to go to obtain the food pack and the opening times of the Food Bank. It will also indicate whether you are a single person or how many other adults and/or children are in your household.

 

The Food Bank cannot cater for particular likes and dislikes when making up food packs but it is helpful to know if there are certain foods that you, or members of your household, cannot eat due to health or religious reasons.

 

Please be aware that the Food Bank can only supply food in an emergency; it can not feed families on a long term basis.

 

It is hoped that the Referral Agency will be able to support you with additional advice and information to help you if you require it.
